SPRAY DECK REQUIRED
« on: January 07, 2010, 06:02:47 AM »
Hello,

If anybody has one, or might know someone that might have one they'd like to sell, I'm looking for a neoprene spray deck.
Big deck size S/M.
Preferably black, but I'm not really that fussy.
Just thought I'd ask around before purchasing a brand new one.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Regards

DaN

Hi Dan

Sorry haven't got a spare, if you buy, Bournemouth canoes will give you 15% off at the mo, or Lomo do some good priced kit.

cheers Gordon

Also try ringing woodmill at Southampton, they are selling off sea kayaks pretty cheap, they may do a deal.

Good shout. I'll call them too.

Yeh Kev if i could give that spare one a try, that'd be awesome thank you.
And yes, a cag would be my next item, if there's one around.
Other kit id like, but cannot afford yet due to saving for a holiday;

boots, blade, helmet, boat!

You get the picture.

I think i'll just try to start with the basics, skirt and cag.

Awesome! Will have to check those out too. Thank you.

Team yellow huh. Nice looking cags, when you've got £88 in your wallet. Really nice design though, for the money.

For the same thing from a leading brand your talking twice the price. And if your looking to get a cag there is no point wasting money getting a cheaper one that doesn't keep you dry. In a months time you decide to throw it in the bin and get a proper one.

Are you thinking of putting in an appearance tuesday dan?

Fair point. I'll get one if I can put some money aside in between saving for the holiday.

Yeh I'll come down Tuesday evening. See what's going on etc.

See ya there.
