Trips planning evening 12th jan 2010?

A few of us have this date clear in our diarys, if anyone else has it free please keep it that way and as soon as i get enough people (someone with a club house key) i will conferm the date.

It will be an evening used for people to suggest what trips they would like to do over the coming year, and thrash out some possible dates so dont forget your diary!

Also would be nice for a few trip reports to let others know what trips happened last year and what they involved. I would be happy to talk about various occasions on dartmoor accompanied by some photo's maybe on a laptop/projector.

Gordon/Nigel, i would love to hear about some of your sea adventures, distances/times and maybe bring a cd along with some photo's?

I agree 12 Jan works for me

I'm OK with the 12th, Kev could you or Ian R circulate an E - mail, as many views as possible would help reach a wider audience, full club participation is probably a little optimistic, however as many as possible could incease attendance on trips.

On Tues 12th January at 6:30 there will be a trip planning evening at Salisbury CC Club House. This evening is open to all members and will consist of some trip reports from the previous year hopefully accompanied by some photographs and (bring your diaries) YOU says what you'd like to do this year and when you'd like to do it so we can get lots of dates up on the wall.
 
This evening needs participation from as many members as possible whether you did all of the trips last year and would like to voice your views on them or, whether you didn't do any but would like to find out about what happened and/or suggest something different.
 
P.S. There will also be a gathering of the group wishing to hit scotland easter time (you know who you are) and we will bash our heads together and get some ideas rolling.

Hurley
Dartmoor
Exmoor
Lulworth cove
Beaulie
and many.. many more

Are the dates for the trips going to be posted somewhere? I know I was there,  but not being able to write at the moment I wasn't able to write the dates and locations down!!!

With the usual problems with shift work I will have to apply for leave on those dates to ensure I can make them, so need to do that sooner rather than later!!

I've put the ones down that i have written down. Some of the dates were not definite so I've missed them out including the sea trips taking place July/august time.
