Congratulations Pete!

I learned at the Xmas Dinner that Pete was awarded a BCU award for his outstanding contribution to canoeing.
At the Wye Valley camping weekend last year, I was chatting to a parent of a newly qualified 1*, and he thought that Pete was a professional coach employed by the Club!
Despite the fact that he can paddle water much bigger than I would dream of, he is still happy to travel miles from home to stand on a river bank and coach beginners.
The BCU report on the awards is here

Congratulations and many thanks for the effort that you put into the Club.
