I've had a chat with pete and we're both game for a surf weekend in Devon. Im guessing Dave will be aswell?

The rules are as follows....

Somewhen September ish time? We will keep an eye on the surf forcast, on a tuesday evening at the club we will decide if the weekend is looking good for surf (and people aren't on shift work that weekend) we'll ring around the campsites and do a last minute weekend trip.

The surf we'll be aiming for is a nice size for people who have surfed before (4 ft+?) and will require a white water roll!

If you think this sounds like you, apply here  Grin

If when you fall off your happy to recover your self, boat and paddle back to the beach/get back on everytime i dont see why not. I haven't done any safety and rescue training for the sea so do not intend assisting in any rescues. Especially as I'm expecting to be pushing my limits just staying upright!  Grin

Sounds like a bit of fun! I've not been in salty water before. Let alone waves!  Grin

I may be interested. Where would you be planning to go?

I would probably meet you there.
