Kev - please could you pass on my apologies as I will not be there. At the moment, I plan to be in Scotland on holiday, but that might not happen. If I am not in Fort William, I will be down in Devon at work.
I would like to make a few points about the Club and I will send an email to you in due course. However, I will make the point that I have had the best paddling whilst I have been with the Club since I was at school 30 years ago and have enjoyed being in the Club whilst I have lived in Wiltshire.
As I move to Devon, (currently looking at houses in Okehampton) I suspect that I will continue to see you all on Dartmoor and Exmoor.
I would like you to encourage members to use this forum so that they (and the general public) can see what an active club it is. I am going through the process of looking for new clubs to join down in the south west, and my opinion on how active a Club is, is based on the activity on the website.
In the last year or so, this forum has been used much more frequently, but still by a minority of Club members. Please try to encourage everyone in the Club to use it!
