Kev,
Was just trying to use your picture of myself, cropped, as an avatar but site says file is too large.
How small does it have to be?
Ive tried using Paint and saving the cropped image as a bitmap or GIF but it's still too large.
Any pointers?

Its 150x150px for reference. And our website man never got round to sorting out the avatars so you cannot upload your own. You need to store it else where (flickr, facebook) and then just point to that address in your profile.
