How is the ankle?

Is anyone else suffering from tummy trouble? I am not sure whether to blame drinking too much river water, or the bit of black pudding that Dan gave to me. As I was ok yesterday, I suspect it was something I ate yesterday.

Ankle is still a bit swollen and black and blue, but not too much of a problem now.

However I have just spent most of the night sat on the loo whilst throwing up in the sink, not a plesant experience! If I'd been to HP I'd assume straight away that it was the water, don't know about the Nene though! Anyone else apart from me and Nigel got a dodgy tummy?

I'm OK, however being a wimp, I stayed upright. Nigel, you wouldn't be too ill to go to Exeter, but probably have to recover with mild sea air, tomorrow's F3, cloudy & warmish, a nice bracing paddle would do you the power of good, I'm easily led astray.

Im fine and i proberly drank the second most water. I think pete downed the most pints! Nigel you only ventured wrong side up once?

Nene hasn't had a history like HPP but like any river there are cases of illness

I only went upside down once, but I can't keep my mouth shut through stoppers.

Anyway, I think that I am getting better - I haven't dared venture too far away from the toilet, but am building enough to confidence to head on down to Devon this evening. I also risked eating earlier too and all seems well.

Hi all, Really enjoyed the trip on Sunday. Many thanks to all involved and Nigel for driving. I have been fine but also being a wimp stayed upright (sometimes I dont know how). Looking forward to the next one.

Hello all,
Ive been feeling ok. Finger is healing quickly, still slightly swollen and tender.
Thank you to everyone involved. Thoroughly enjoyed my day and experience there, with 2 successfull rolls in the bag. 
Kev, will your pictures be available? Or have you just not got around to putting them up yet?

Been short of time. After looking at chris's i picked up virus i have only just managed to shake (dont know itf the virus was linked to the pictures?) so i will proberly upload them tomorrow if the computer still works!
