The chances of me going on a Scotland trip are reducing due to the finances. I will book the Friday off, but as I will be travelling from Devon late Thursday evening, I will not get chance to pack. I will therefore prefer to travel up in the afternoon.

I've spoken to Tny Cornel, & provisionally booked(no deposit) 1 c'van & 4 tents initially, £7 pppn, If people can confirm numbers that would help.

Ahh - hadn't quite registered the change of date on this trip!! Unfortunately I have Explorers on Friday night so it's either a very late trip up on Friday or very early Saturday or I see If I can change the Explorers meeting that week. Final option seems most appealing, in which case I would probably aim to be with the early party but will have to check at work!

ideally you'd want to find out whens best for you asap and then see if you can get someone to share a lift to save on fuel cost.

If OK with you, how about I meet at your house at 11.00hrs on Friday. I am changing my mind about my annual Scottish holiday, and may still go up there for a few days and take a couple of weeks off at the beginning of May. However, I will return to Wiltshire before the Tryweryn weekend but unfortunately will miss the Ringwood trip around Portland Bill :'(.

Gordon will have space. I have suggested leaving his house in Amesbury at 11.00hrs on the Friday.
